Good phone, fast shipping

I ordered the Tank 3 Pro. It arrived pretty quickly, about 5 days. The phone works well, battery life is huge. I thought the projector would be brighter, but it's okay for dark rooms.

Solid phone, some quirks

I bought the Rugged Projector Phone. The build quality is really impressive, feels very sturdy in hand. The projector itself is a neat feature, though it's more for casual viewing than a serious presentation tool – not super bright. Shipping was okay, about 6 days. My main gripe is the software; it had a few pre-installed apps I didn't want, and it took a bit of effort to clean up. For the price, it's a strong performer, just wish the software was leaner out of the box.

Good phone, decent shipping

I bought the Tank 3 Pro. It arrived in about 5 days, which was fine. The phone works well, battery life is good. Wish the camera was a bit better in low light, but overall happy with the purchase.

Always reliable, great for camping

This was my third purchase from 8849 Tech, this time I went with the Tank Mini. I've had a Tank 2 for a while, and needed something a bit more compact for certain trips. Their products are always solid, very durable. I mainly use these for camping and outdoor stuff, so the waterproof feature is a must-have. Shipping was consistent with my past orders, around 7-8 days to get to me. I do wish they had more color options, but that's a minor thing for a rugged phone.

Good features, slow support

I purchased the Rugged Projector Phone and it's a unique device. The projector feature works better than I expected for casual viewing, which was a pleasant surprise. The phone itself feels very durable and the large battery is a huge plus, easily lasting me a couple of days. However, I had a question about connecting it to an older Bluetooth speaker, and it took about 3 days to get a response from customer service. The answer eventually helped, but the wait was a bit frustrating. Good value for the features, but support could be quicker.

Tank 3 Pro is solid

I got the Tank 3 Pro last week and it's pretty good. The battery lasts forever, seriously. I dropped it once already and it was totally fine. Shipping took like 5 days though, a little slow for me. But overall, happy with the purchase.

Tank Mini review

I ordered the Tank Mini a few weeks ago, mostly for camping trips. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real issues there. It shipped out in about two days, and I got a tracking number which was nice, but it took 8 days to reach me in California. When it arrived, the packaging was secure. The phone itself feels really tough, definitely lived up to the 'rugged' name. I tested the waterproof claim by dropping it in a puddle (accidentally, but still), and it was perfectly fine afterwards. The screen is clear and responsive. My only minor complaint is that the camera quality isn't amazing in low light, a bit grainy compared to my old phone. Still, for an outdoor phone with that huge battery, it's a solid choice and performs well for what I need it for.

Tank 2 is a beast

So I finally got myself a Tank 2. My old phone was always dying on me, but this one's battery lasts forever, seriously. I even dropped it once already, no issues. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, like a week and a half, but it got here safe. Pretty happy with it overall.
